Kelly McDonald is a fantastic realtor. She always follows up on anything she says she will and goes the extra mile to get the deal done. She has represented us in three purchases so far and when we do another, we will have her represent us again.

Kelly is absolutely the consummate professional. We handed her a significantly difficult sale and she simply rocked it. Closed in a month from list, multiple offers and sold significantly over list price. She is compassionate, effective, efficient and someone I would call on every single time. There is no other realtor I could trust so completely. She’s just amazing!

Over the years, I have worked with a lot of different Realtors both in buying and selling homes as well as owning a mortgage company. Kelley is by far the best that we have ever worked with. She never hesitated to show us a home regardless of the hours that we were looking as she knew our time was limited. She offered to do things for us that we could not do ourselves, such as meeting the Inspectors, ordering a roof inspector, Foundation inspector, getting our carpets cleaned before we even closed on the new home. She always pointed out the good and the bad in each house we looked at and let us know of things she saw that we would have missed. She was very quick in responding to our many questions and extremely helpful in guiding us step by step throughout the whole purchasing process. We were looking for a new home in Bella Vista -searching online from way up in Michigan- and she took the time to do a video walkthrough addressing our concerns and showing us details you couldn't see in photos. She presented us with similar comps in the area that really demonstrated her spot on pricing. Her kind service continued even after the closing with tips and instructions on registering with the POA for all the benefits, discounts on appliances, great local restaurants, and upcoming events, as well as making sure we knew the local cable company, how to set up water, electricity, and waste collection. ..And finally, she presented us with a super nice welcome gift basket with not only some basic house necessities, but also locally produced sweets, jams, mustards, beer (!) and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate. I plan on keeping in touch in the future- even to just hear her say "Y'all"

Kelly was given an impossible list of "wants" for our new home and she didn't stop until she found the perfect place for us. As out-of-state buyers, Kelly sent us listings daily to review and gave us guidance on choosing the right neighborhood, helped us negotiate and win against several other offers, and even helped us after we closed many times when we needed onsite help before we moved down. She went above and beyond to gather information we needed to provide our lender for septic approval and other conditions. I honestly have never had a more thorough agent help us through the escrow process - most go dark after the purchase contract is mutual and simply let a transaction coordinator try and help. Kelly was there every step of the way. If you want a dedicated and compassionate agent who will get the job done and care for your every need, Kelly is your girl. She made our dream come true!

I have moved all over the world and have worked with several real estate agents in multiple states. By far, Kelly McDonald is the best I've ever seen. There are several things I look for in a real estate agent...things like knowledge of the real estate market, understanding of the buying/selling process and associated government regulations, responsiveness to my questions, ability to work with title companies and lenders, personality/approachability, and overall professionalism.
