Moving can be a stressful, complicated process, especially when moving out of state. Kelly McDonald is The. Best. Realtor. Ever! We cannot say enough good things about her. She was our 3rd realtor in the process of selling our house. (We highly recommend you choose her FIRST!) Our house had been on the market for 9 months, she came in and worked her magic, addressed every issue that hadn’t been a concern to our other realtors, and SOLD OUR HOUSE IN 3 DAYS!! (For full asking price!) She is a complete joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and straight forward, as well as friendly and kind. And hilarious. She was excellent with communicating with us so we knew where we were in the process at all times. She made a stressful time as enjoyable as it could be. We inherited a house in the city of Jackson.We knew we would sell it, but had no idea where to start. We had never used a realtor. Kelly was recommended to us by a utility serviceman who came to the property. We were so fortunate he did! Kelly took us on and ran with it. In 2 months, she sold the place. She walked us through the process, kept us up to date, e mailed required paper work for our signatures. We couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Kelly has been for my fiance & I during our move to Mississippi and our house buying process. I transferred from Europe to Canton for Nissan last year, and my fiance moved from Seattle, WA. Kelly was my initial contact and gave me an introductory tour in January 2016 which was kind, friendly and very helpful. Since that tour she helped us initially find an apartment to rent, kept in touch to make sure we were settling in OK, then guided us through our house buying process. Wow! What a fabulous person!!!! She spoiled us with attention and her down home honest to goodness caring for our concerns. Kelly made me feel right at home even though we were moving across country with young kiddos and no family around. She not only helped us get acquainted to the "southern lifestyle, but she was incredibly responsive to all requests and concerns and truly had our best interest at heart. I have bought and sold a lot of homes and I can say without reservation that Kelly was the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She was always very accommodating, cheerful, encouraging, honest and knowledgeable. Many times she went way above and beyond the call of duty - drove me all over the entire metro area numerous times, never lost her patience (why, I don't know), even spent about an hour helping me walk through a field looking for my lost car keys!
